We obtained a listing that was previously on the market for 6 months. When we met with the sellers, they informed us about their previous listing. We looked at the old listing in preparation to meeting with the homeowners. While the basics were done, we were able to up the game on the listing. After consulting with the seller, finding out what they loved about living in the home and the area, we went to work: aerial shots, professionally edited photos, and video, along with top-notch marketing, were put in play. We pushed this out to the MLS and all major sites.
We not only hosted an Open House, but we also pushed the listing out to over 100 agents personally and searched through our database of over 5000 people to see who would fit the criteria of this listing. Within 10 days, the house was under contract, and our team brought the buyer!
